REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at trenchantwoodworks@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund.
Inspection Requirement
All returned items will be carefully inspected before a refund is issued. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations may not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders that have been made to your specifications, including personalized engravings or custom dimensions, cannot be returned unless the item is defective or we made an error in production.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trenchantwoodworks@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we're happy to provide a replacement item of equal value once your return has been inspected and approved. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
