SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders require 7-14 days for processing before shipment. Custom orders require design approval and a 50% deposit before production begins. Once your item is completed, the remaining 50% balance will be charged and your order will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States only using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times after shipment are:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include our 7-14 day processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your chosen shipping method
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at trenchantwoodworks@gmail.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
